Eligibility and use of the website

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts or inhibits their use of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if misuse is identified.

Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours exactly as they appear in real life.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Pre orders

Some items may be offered as pre orders.

- Payment is taken at the time the pre order is placed

- Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page

- Dispatch dates are estimates and may change due to production or supply factors

If there is a significant change to the estimated dispatch date, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time of order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store full payment card or bank details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where an incorrect price has been applied.

Dispatch and delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch times vary depending on product availability, including whether an item is in stock or a pre order. Estimated dispatch information will be provided on product pages and at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Standard orders
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received within 1 hour checking out.

Pre orders
Pre orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production may have begun.

To request a cancellation, please contact community@yesthebasics.com as soon as possible.

Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer law.

Returned items must:

- Be unworn and unused

- Be in their original condition

- Include original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change of mind returns.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at community@yesthebasics.com before returning the item.

Once the item has been returned and the issue confirmed:

- We will offer a refund or replacement where possible

- Reasonable return postage costs will be refunded

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Discount codes:

- May be limited to one per customer

- Cannot be exchanged for cash

- Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated

Accounts and checkout

Customers may check out as guests or create an account if this option is available. Creating an account is optional and not required to place an order.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
