RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order, but if something is not quite right, returns are accepted in line with UK consumer law.

- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

- Original packaging should be included where possible

- Customers are responsible for return postage costs

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at community@yesthebasics.com before returning the item.

Once the item has been returned and the issue confirmed:

- We will offer a refund or replacement, where possible

- Reasonable return postage costs will be refunded

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- Please allow a reasonable processing time once your return has been received and approved
